With over 22 years of experience in the dental industry, I founded Staged Dental Coaching to provide the kind of hands-on support and guidance I wish I had during my own career in dental practice management. Among many things, my background includes serving as a practice manager for a successful seven-surgery clinic, where I was instrumental in its growth from the ground up to a thriving practice. Now, as a Dental Consultant and TAFE East Coast teacher for the Certificate III in Dental Assisting, I bring a strong educational foundation to my services, integrating formal teaching skills into practical team training.
