on-site observation and coaching program

To maximise any of our one on one coaching programs for dental professionals we highly recommend inviting our coach to observe your chairside delivery of care in action, with real patients, in the comfort of your own practice setting.  This allows the coach to see exactly how you interact with people and fine-tune your approach and communication style with greater clarity on what needs tweaking so you see incredible results faster!  

HOW IT WORKS

• We schedule a 1 hour discovery video call with you four weeks prior to our on-site visit to gather insight into how you work, what concerns and setbacks you currently have, and what key areas you would like the coach to really focus on throughout the day.
• We also complete a 1 hour interview via zoom with your principal dentist and/or practice manager three weeks prior to our visit for an outsider's perspective on how you interact with patients and what they would like to see improved.
• On the day of observation, we work the hours your work posing as a trainee dental assistant, so as not to impact the patient experience, and observe you interacting and providing care to real patients noting any potential trustbusters holding you back.
• One week after our on-site visit you will be provided with a comprehensive evaluation report outlining what was observed on the day and a brief overview of how your coach aims to close the gap in your patient communication behaviour.
• Three weeks following the on-site visit you will receive a fully customised training manual specific to the missing elements observed by the coach.  This manual will include instructions, tips and suggestions for change that will have you delivering an engaging dental experience with confidence and purpose.
• Lastly, you will have 2 hours with your coach via Zoom to run through the training manual in detail to ensure you understand the value of each tool and how to implement it effectively into your daily patient encounters.
