HOW IT WORKS

We interview the management team to gather insight on how the team manage patients contacting your practice and your frustrations
Depending on the size of the practice, we take 4 -6 weeks to conduct random inquiries to the practice to assess and document the team's approach
We don't just assess the team's phone skills, we also assess via email, SMS, and all other forms of contact to provide total insight and training
We email management the same day we complete a mystery contact offering initial insights and appointment details to keep you up to date
Tailored to what was identified as missing from patient contact processes, this manual includes every tool for team development and training
The program ends with an intensive 2 hour virtual workshop to provide feedback, coach and train the important skills needed to excel in their role

Record and send us an audio taping of a real-life new patient exam or treatment proposal discussion. You will be given a comprehensive evaluation of your approach and provided a full training guide outlining recommendations to work on any weak areas identified.
Schedule an in-practice observation day where our coach comes to you and while posing as a trainee dental assistant can witness directly how you interact with patients and offer immediate and ongoing training and coaching with a clearer perspective.
