one on one coaching

Our one on one dental coaching program was created for individual dentists, new or highly experienced, eager to increase the success of their case acceptance, gain more new patients and ensure existing patient return and refer.

HOW IT WORKS

• Prior to your first session, your coach will spend time researching your reputation in the community, your current communication and clinical approach and gain insight into the practice's business structure.  This research gives us a baseline to build upon and guides the first few coaching sessions.
• Once a month you will meet online (via Zoom) with your coach for a 1.5 hour tailored communication and patient engagement skills training session.  Here you will also share your frustrations and areas you'd like to focus and improve upon.
• During the call, your coach will share valuable communication tools, suggestions for change/improvement and offer guidance and training on how to implement when you return to the clinic.
• Following each coaching call, you will receive further instructions and training tools in the form of documents, video and audio to complement and support each new communication approach discussed.
• As your program progresses, your coach will continue to uncover which skills are missing and teach the specific tools needed to make a positive shift in your approach toward patient care until you become a dentist who consistently offers that 'wow' service.
• Your coaching program also includes emergency communication coaching via email or phone to use whenever you need support.  For example, if you were preparing to present a complex treatment plan or need to manage a disgruntled patient.
• When you have completed six months of continuous one on one coaching, the coach will visit your practice for a full day on-site observation and evaluation session.  This service is valued at $2550 and is provided free of charge to ensure we continue to hone in on what behaviours and approaches are still impacting your patient interactions and growth.  Learn more about the on-site observation program here!
